No better than a Hampton or Holiday Inn Express. Needs new flooring.

Quiet, pleasant. Clean rooms. Would visit again!!!

Like being at home. Bistro food great. Clean and friendly.

The staff were courteous and professional. Checkin/checkout were a breeze. The room was about the same as other Courtyards I've stayed at. The bathroom had cracked floor tiles and grout pooping up all over. Could use some maintenance. For the price you pay I'd like at least a free cup of coffee in the morning. The person manning the front desk also had to run back and forth to the bar/restaurant area. I actually prefer the Fairfield Inn line of Marriott properties. Same quality as Courtyard, but you get a free breakfast and the cost is less.

We had a pleasant stay. Staff was very polite. We don't believe we recieved the value for our breakfast, but we would love to stay there again.

Hotel was fine. Staff, not so fine. They charged me after the 3rd party charged me and charged more than what the 3rd party charged. I asked to be comped for my room or even given a room for my next visit. They sd no and offered me no discount on future visits, so they are a no go as far as I'm concerned when it comes to customer service. They put me in a bind and my money was shorted for the weekend... Not cool.

My only complaint is that we had requested 2queen beds but were given a king due to the Army coming in and taking all of the queens even though we checked in before them. The hotel did give us voucher for a free breakfast (which wasn't as good as I usually get at Hampton Inns). If it had been anyone other than the Army I would have been very upset.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and nicely appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Located close to site of our conference. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Trussville area.

The hotel itself is a fine place---clean and efficient as well as nicely located outside Birmingham (just close enough to be only about 10-15 minutes outside downtown but far enough away to avoid most of the worst traffic). My problem is with the management. I booked the hotel and prepaid online. When I checked in, I was charged again for the room when I handed the woman at the front desk my card (which I assumed was being used to pull up my reservation). I was further led to believe this as I was given no receipt for being charged again. After realizing that I had been charged again (after I had checked out and left town), I called the hotel and was told that the charges would be taken off. They were deleted the next day; however, I received a THIRD set of charges the day after. In both of these scenarios, the management was understanding and apologetic, but it was still a bit of an annoyance to keep having $250 charges taken off my card statement.

All-in-all was really good for the price. Only problem was microwave listed in the amenities. Nothing but a hole where the microwave was supposed to be when we arrived. Other than that, real nice hotel.

I had a wonderful stay and I plan on staying in this hotel today thanks again

Comfortable, clean quiet, room.great staff plenty of parking central to a lot of dining and shopping

Very pleased with my stay. Everything was Super clean, the hotel was in a great location right across from good restaurants and a shopping mall. Next time I'm in Brimingham I Will definitely stay here again.

I attended theBarber Motorsport park and Museum. The hotel provided an exceptionly friendly and relaxing atmosphere. It was on par with any of my more enjoyable trips.

The hotel looks clean, modern, with attractive design features throughout. It looks like a brand new hotel. The staff was attentive and friendly. Our room looked very "cool" and stylish with lots of wood elements, a stunning flat screen TV, and a few curves in the design elements that made the room feel upscale and appealing. A very comfortable bed made a big difference too.
