Escape to this recently renovated house in Birchwood, TN complete with your own pool. Great for 1-2 families, fishing buddies, or a quiet retreat. With 3 cozy bedrooms including a king (master), queen, and third bedroom with two bunk beds (both twin over double), guests can unwind in comfort and style. Located on the main channel of Lake Chickamauga, world famous for elite bass fishing and picturesque sunsets all year long. The 2 bathrooms feature refreshing showers, and essential amenities like WiFi and AC are provided. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Birchwood and our house has to offer. The pool is saltwater and maintained year round with stunning views of East Tennessee sunsets. Important to know that the docks are only accessible by boat when the lake is at full recreational level. (Please note that the lake is only at full recreational level mid-April through Labor Day). When renting other months, a boat ramp is only 0.6 miles away, and available year-round to fully access all Lake Chickamauga has to offer. Also convenient to nearby Dayton (10 min); Cleveland (25 min); and Chattanooga (40 min).
