This unique place has a modern beach style with a nod to art deco. Minnis bay is not well known, but from London to Kent it’s your nearest sandy beach. Come by car or train. It’s also on a bike trail. Good local restaurants and takeaways.
We offer high standards and quality, adhering to stringent cleaning measures with hotel quality linens, fresh towels & self check-in
We have a 24/7 on call guest services team who will assist you with all your needs however big or small.
A good base to explore the local area-Margate, Botony Bay, Broadstairs, Whitstable. Well decorated, airy house with well equipped kitchen. 2 min walk to beach.
Guests will have exclusive use of the whole property.
This property comes equipped with the following:
2 dishwasher tablets, 2 washing machine tablets, 1 washing up liquid, 1 Antibacterial spray, 1 Kitchen roll, enough toilet roll for at least 2-3 days, 2 black bin liners, 2 white bin liners.
We also provide all bed linen, bath and hand towels and toiletries for guests
Our home is perfectly equipped for family holidays! And we hope to have the pleasure of hosting you soon.
The street has free parking and there are nearly always spaces. In addition, You can fit a small car on the private patio outside the front of the house.

Very cosy and inviting house, with a lot of attention to details and decoration. Fully equipped, spacious kitchen. Very nice and inviting living room on upper floor, with a small view to the sea. Comfortable parking in front of house.
Less than two minutes walk to the sea front. Beautiful beach.
Definitely a to be recommended accommodation.
