Very nice 3-bedroom apartment on the first floor of our family house. The 130sqm large apartment has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. Ideal for 6-7 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, Refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, many pots, glasses. The living room has: satellite TV, air, CD and DVD player as well as Radio Free Wifi Internet connection. Parking and grill in the garden. The house is situated in a quiet part of Biograd only 300m from the beach.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben uns dieses Jahr wieder rundum wohl gefühlt in Biograd und bei Adrijana. Sie und Ihr Mann sind sehr herzliche Vermieter. Wir erhielten Obst und Gemüse aus ihrem eigenen Garten. Der Weg zum Strand dauert ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss, je nachdem welchen Strandabschnitt man bevorzugt. Die Preise im Ort selbst sind moderat und man hat eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants. Einige Preise haben sich im Vergleich zum letzten Jahr auch nicht geändert, z.B. eine Kugel Eis für 2 Euro. Und dabei sprechen wir von grossen Kugeln.

Nice holidays in Biograd

Confortable appartement. Very nice hosts. 20 min by foot from a beach with pine trees and shadow. Can t eat on the balcony too narrow and mosquitos. But inside the appartement IS very comfy. Vast and cosy.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Adrijana war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Wohnung war geräumig und im Grunde mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wurde. Es gab nur einige kleine Unschönheiten. Die Klimaanlage gab es leider nur im Wohnzimmer, und in unserer Aufenthaltswoche war es sehr warm. Der Kühlschrank war etwas schwach bei diesen Temperaturen, und die angegebenen 300m zum Strand waren doch eher eine optimistische geschätzte Luftlinie - der Fußweg lag eher im Bereich von ca. 900m. Aber dies ist Jammern auf sehr hohen Niveau, man ist halt nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber alles ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Schöne Unterkunft bei einer sympathischen Familie

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Haus einer sehr sympathischen gastfreundlichen Familie. Die Kinder haben Bekanntschaft gemacht mit Hündin Luna und 4 Schildkröten im Garten der Eigentümer. Wir waren immer herzlich willkommen für einen Plausch oder auf einen Kaffee. Adrijana hat uns mit selbst hergestelltem Öl, Eier, Tomaten und Zucchini aus dem eigenen Garten beschenkt. Der Weg zum Meer ist nicht weit (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Unterkunft ist sauber und groß. Unsere 16jährige Tochter bezog das Einzelzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Balkon. Separat im gleichen Hausflur. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft für Familien, die es authentisch mögen.

Gelungener Urlaub

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Familie, die die Wohnung vermietet hat war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und nett. Wenn wir Fragen hatten wurde uns sofort weitergeholfen. Die Wohnung hat alles geboten was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell am Strand oder im Zentrum. Wir werden das Objekt und den Vermieter an Freunde weiterempfehlen und auch bei Gelegenheit wiederkommen.

schöner Urlaub bei einer sehr guten Familie

Sehr angenehme Vermieter. Reklamationen wurden schnell beseitigt, es gab´s leckere Früchte als Bonus. Alles sauber. Wohnung kompl. ausgerüstet. Großer Balkon. Bäckerei um die Ecke. Sackgasse, ruhig und nicht so weit bis zum Strand. Leider zu weit zum Fahren, sonnst würden wir regelmäßig kommen. Danke an die Vermieter und liebe Grüße aus Deutschland.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und viel Platz

Nach einer sehr freundlichen Begrüßung und für uns kühl gestellten Getränken haben wir uns auch weiterhin sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Räume in der Wohnung sind großzügig und alles hat funktioniert. Sehr geschätzt haben wir den Parkplatz im Schatten vor dem Haus, das im ruhigen Teil von Biograd liegt. So konnten wir entspannt unsere Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen und wurden von Adrijana und ihrer Familie mit guten Tipps unterstützt.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit netten Vermietern

Ideale Ferienwohnung, wenn man mit großen Kindern verreist. Ein separates Schlafzimmer ist über den Hausflur zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist praktisch ausgestattet und gemütlich. Adriajna ist die gute Seele vom Haus und ihre Gastfreundschaft und Unterstützung sind prima.

Great vacation apartment and very nice hostess

The apartment was comfortable and clean. Adrijana was very nice and helpful; she even lent a bike to my husband, because he twisted his ankle and could not walk very well. I would definitely recommend this place!

Große Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir (4 Personen) haben uns in der Wohnung von Adrijana sehr wohl gefühlt. Adrijana und ihre Familie sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist für vier Personen mehr als ausreichend und umfassend ausgestattet. Besonders genossen haben wir dass wir zwei Badezimmer hatten, die Dachterrasse zum Frühstücken und bei sehr hohen Aussentemperaturen die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, nicht weit von dem örtlichen Shoppincenter mit Supermarkt entfernt. Der Ort Biograd verfügt über zahlreiche Restaurants und bietet allgemein ein gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Großzügige Wohnung mit guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es war alles sauber. Die Vermieter sind außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Kühlschrank ein Willkommensbier nach langer Fahrt unterstreicht das. Die kleine Schwäche: Die Matratzen könnten ausgetauscht werden. Für die Gastfreundlichkeit gibt es 5 Sterne.
