Apartment studio is on the second floor, it has double bed, small kitchen, TVsat, WIFI, air condition, bathroom and terrace with grill and sea view.
They are 500m afar from the centre of town, and 250m from the first beach. The first store is 50m away, and 300m from the supermarket. Apartments are only 200m away from romantic and quality restaurant „Dupin“, and also coffee bar „Škveric“, which finds itself directly in vicinity of the beach. The main marina „Marina Kornati“ is only 3 min on foot from the house. The neighborhood of national parks Kornati, Paklenica, Krka and Plitvica lakes, and also nearness of cultural and historical cities of Zadar, Šibenik and Knin, and small towns Nin, Skradin and Benkovac, gives to guests of Biograd the possibility of excursions and trips in areas which are included in the most beautiful parts of Croatia.

Die Vermieterin war sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit.
Die Klimaanlage hat etwas geklappt.
Sonst alles OK.
Würde diese Unterkunft nochmal nehmen.

Toller Balkon mit schöner Aussicht
Das Highlight ist der große Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer (Grill und Liegen vorhanden, überdachter Sitzbereich, Wäscheleine). Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Leider war die Ferienwohnung bei Ankunft nicht so sauber wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten, weshalb erst mal eine Reinigung nötig war (Geschirr war nicht richtig sauber, dreckiger Besteckkasten, Oberflächen waren etwas „kniesig“).
Zum Apartment führt eine Treppe, welche unten abgeschlossen werden kann. Das Apartment selber hat keine eigene Eingangstür, sondern nur eine Balkontür, die nicht verriegelt werden kann, weil das Schloß defekt ist. Ist aber nicht weiter schlimm, da niemand auf den Balkon gelangen kann. Wir haben uns und unsere Wertsachen immer sicher gewusst.
Abends ist es leider etwas dunkel auf dem Balkon, weil kein Außenlicht vorhanden ist. Kerzen sowie Mückenschutz sind ratsam.
Ein kleiner Strand ist fußläufig ca. 5-10 Minuten entfernt. Der Strand direkt an der Promenade ist ca. 20-30 Minuten entfernt. Das Zentrum und die Promenade sind ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke, weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaufland, Lidl, Plodine, etc.) sind ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß bzw. 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Trotz der Entfernung zum Zentrum hat uns die Lage gut gefallen. Vor dem Haus sind immer ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und spricht deutsch.
Insgesamt lässt sich sagen, dass das Apartment zwar klein, aber völlig ausreichend ist und der Balkon eigentlich als Wohnraum mitgezählt werden kann, da er überdacht ist. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort und können das Apartment nur empfehlen.
