The attractive Villa Seerose was completely rebuilt in 2004. It is located at Jasmunderstraße 15 just a few steps from the center with restaurants, cafes and many boutiques. It is only an 8-minute walk to the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach and the long beach promenade with your spa architecture villas. It is approx. 200 m to the nearby Schmachter See with the "Park of the Senses" for a leisurely stroll.

Your beautiful 2-room non-smoker - Apartment 5RB1 has a size of approx. 52 qm and is for max. 4 people. It is located in the basement of the villa. The spacious south-west terrace (30sqm) invites you to sunbathe all day long in your own beach chair or on the sun loungers. Here you can eat and linger together.
