The Villa Maria was rebuilt in the year 2000 and is located in the center of the old town. The beach is located about 50 m from the object in an easterly direction. The fine sand under your feet invites you to a day of swimming with the whole family or a romantic walk. The apartments make a beach holiday an unforgettable experience. Nearby are many shops and restaurants.

Apartment 04:
The apartment (mezzanine) is tastefully furnished with every comfort, such as well-equipped kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher, 4 plate hob, oven open to the living area. Bedroom with double bed, you Wc. Lovingly furnished living room with dining area, sitting area as extra bed for 2 more people possible, TV, radio and CD player. Washer and dryer are available in the house for a fee. Bicycle storage and underground parking are of course available free of charge.

Der angekündigte Pool war nicht vorhanden oder so schlecht ausgeschildert, dass er nicht gefunden wurde (wobei der typische Pool-Chlor-Geruch im Gebäude nicht zu riechen war).
