The beautiful Villa Laetitia was rebuilt in 2003 in the center of Binz. The villa is equipped with an elevator. The beach and the pier can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot. The villa is located at Paulstraße 1. This flows into the town's most popular shopping street, the main street. Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle cellar. You will find the bus stop for local and long-distance public transport as well as the spa railway approx. 80 m from the house.

Your modern apartment 21RB13 is on the 2nd Upstairs. The 2-room apartment has a size of approx. 55 square meters and can be occupied by up to 4 people. A beautiful south-facing balcony is in front of the apartment.
