Your high-quality apartment 27RB3 is located on the ground floor of the villa and is about 53 square meters. The 2-room non-smoking apartment is suitable for up to 4 people and has a bright winter garden with a cozy seating area and a balcony. The spacious living room with sofa bed (1.20 mx 2 m), flat screen TV, WiFi, combi system with CD, DVD and Blue-ray player as well as fully equipped integrated kitchen with dishwasher, microwave with grill function, coffee machine, Kettle, toaster, ceramic hob with extractor hood is located, also offers a separate dining area. The bedroom has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. In the additional winter garden there is a second sofa as an additional sleeping facility. The bathroom, renovated in 2019, has a double sink, shower and toilet. This beautiful apartment impresses with its large windows, complete laminate flooring and black granite slabs in the bathroom. In the summer season (May to September), an additional beach chair is available as an additional special for free use during your vacation.
