Your cozy apartment 9RB2 with its own terrace is on the ground floor of Villa Dornbusch. The 2 room apartment has a size of approx. 44 square meters and can be occupied by up to 4 people. In addition to the living room with open kitchen, there is a separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe. Two more people can sleep on the pull-out sofa in the living room. You will also find a flat-screen TV, a coffee table and a separate dining area in the comfortable living area next to the seating area. Kluenderberg und Erdgeschoß Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt war soweit ok. die Beschreibung im Inserat dürfte Ausführlicher sein was das Erdgeschoß betrifft. Ja das ist eine Ergeschoß Wohnung, aber das Erdgeschoß befindet sich ca. 10 Meter hoch am Klünderberg. Was für nicht COPD erkrankte Menschen auch völlig o.K. ist. Die Lage des Erdgeschosses war in diesem Fall nicht akzeptabel. Der Grund unseres Urlaubes war halt die Seeluft, die für einen COPD erkrankten Menschen erhohlsam ist. Unbedingt auf die Höhe der Garage achten, hier ist es sehr eng. Verdunklungs Vorhänge wären angebracht, die Sonne lässt einen um ca.4:30Uhr erwachen zu dem Zeitpunkt als wir dort waren war es in den räumen Taghell.So genug geschimpft, die Wohnung war in einem guten sauberen Zustand. Alles was man für den täglichen Gebrauch an Geschirr / Töpfe braucht war vorhanden. Gartenmöbel sind vorhanden und man kann auch die ein oder andere Stunde auf der Terasse verbringen.
