Your 2-room non-smoking apartment 35RB3 has a size of approx. 44 qm and is furnished for up to 4 people. It is located on the ground floor and has a balcony. The apartment is divided into a living room, separate dining area, complete kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and balcony. The cozy living room awaits you with a beautiful seating area with a sleeping function and 2 additional armchairs and a dining area. The technical equipment includes a flat-screen TV, a stereo, a CD player and a DVD player.
