Relaxed holiday in the Baltic resort of Binz

In a central location and relaxed atmosphere you can enjoy your holiday in this beautiful and spacious apartment in the basement. Here you can enjoy your holiday quietly and directly in the center of the Baltic Sea Binz.

The apartment is modern with a size of about 50 square meters, bright and friendly. It is divided into living room with dining area, kitchen with fitted kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bath tub. The bedroom has a double bed with a size of 1.60 mx 2.00 m. The fitted kitchen is equipped with 4-ring ceramic hob, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge freezer.

In 2014 the apartment was completely modernized and the entire interior was renewed with furniture. In the living area you will find in addition to the flat screen TV, DVD player and radio with CD player also entertainment games and a good selection of books and DVD's.

In the garden you can enjoy the sun in the lounge area and use the covered, furnished terrace for a nice breakfast, afternoon coffee or a relaxing evening.

Of course, free Wi-Fi is available.

A free parking space is also available on the property for the duration of the stay.

Die Ferienwohnung der Familie Meyer entsprach in allem dem Angebot und auch unseren Vorstellungen. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Es war sauber, ordentlich und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Die Wohnung liegt im Kellergeschoss, das hat uns nicht gestört. Dafür gab es einen schönen Aussenbereich zum Sitzen, den wir wetterbedingt leider nicht nutzen konnten. Für das Abstellen von Fahrrädern ist ein Schuppen vorhanden.Die Ferienwohnung hat eine zentrale, aber dennoch ruhige (für uns sehr wichtig!) Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und der Strand sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und Herr Meyer ist sehr darauf bedacht, seinen Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.Wir können das Ferienobjekt wirklich mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen und bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit. Wie beschrieben, haben wir die Wohnung vorgefunden. Sie war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und alles Notwendige vorhanden. Die Lage ermöglicht es, das Auto stehen zu lassen, Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Check in und- out waren easy. Wir empfehlen den Aufenthalt sehr gern weiter.

Perfekte Lage

Schon beim Ankommen lief alles perfekt , wir waren zu früh , nach einem kurzen Telefonat mit dem Vermieter konnten wir unser Fahrzeug abstellen . Wohnung war noch nicht fertig( bekamen aber dann einen Anruf ).Sehr schön ruhig aber doch zentral gelegen .Sehr sauber , alles vorhanden .Vermieter war direkt vor Ort ,sehr freundlich, hat Tipps Ausflüge , Restaurants ect.gegeben Alles im allem eine sehr schöne empfelenswerte Unterkunft.

Schöne und zentrale Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und geräumig und zudem sehr zentral gelegen. Zur Promenade und zum Strand waren es nur wenige Gehminuten. Der Kontakt mit Herrn Meyer war sehr nett. Er war sogar so freundlich uns mit unseren schweren Koffernvom Bahnhof abzuholen.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber; die Einrichtung in einem Top Zustand; die Wohnung war sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem war alles Fußläufig ( Lokale; Einkaufszentrum und Strand ) zu erreichen.Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Toller Urlaub mitten im Zentrum von Binz

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung im Zentrum von Binz. Die Lage ist perfekt, um alles bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. (EDEKA 3min Fußläufig, Strand/ Promenade 5min) Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den freundlichen Vermieter, der sich sehr um uns gekümmert hat. Selbst am Sonntag hat er sich die Zeit genommen, eine Steckdose für unsere E-Bikes bereitzustellen. Das hat unseren Urlaub sehr erleichtert. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service! Es war ein toller Urlaub in Binz! Super Unterkunft: perfekte Lage nur 5 Minuten vom Strand/Promenade entfernt, sehr sauber, liebevoll und modern eingerichtet, super ausgestattete Küche, man fühlt sich direkt zu Hause. Traumhaft schöne Auszeit an der Ostsee

Da diese Reise sehr kurzfristig beschlossen und gebucht wurde, war die Freude riesig, ein so tolle Unterkunft zu finden und direkt nach der Anfrage eine Bestätigung zu bekommen. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich zentral und dennoch ruhig im ❤️en von Binz. Gerade an warmen Tagen ist die Lage im Souterrain ein Geschenk, so dass man nachts gut schlafen kann. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und super sauber!!
