Fast alles bestens

Die Lage vom Haus Baltik ist einmalig, das Haus/Fewo,s sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Leider ist das Onlineinserat bei Fewo direkt sehr unpräzise. Wir waren im guten Glauben eine Wohnung mit einem Meerblick gebucht zu haben, vor Ort stellte sich heraus, es war nur ein seitlicher Balkon an der Fewo dran. Schade, ich hoffe mal es war keine böse Absicht. Wer hier ein Appartment bucht, sollte vorher also erst mal nachfragen, ob der Balkon auch eine " Seafront" Lage hat. Werde ich beim nächsten mal auf alle Fälle vorher tun. Der Balkon zur Seite eröffnet zwar auch einen begrenzten Blick aufs Meer aber so hatte ich mir das nicht vorgestellt - alles andere war in Ordnung. Für 4 Erwachsene wirds allerdings manchmal bischen eng, ein Schlafzimmer ist als Kinderzimmer geeignet, für 2 erwachsene Personen ist der Schrank zu klein und die Betten sind für Erwachsene bedingt geeignet. Super ist der zweite sehr große Balkon zum Stadtpark hin, dort scheint fast den ganzen Tag die Sonne und der kalte Seewind kommt dort nicht hin. Die Hausverwalterin macht einen super Job! Ist stets vor Ort und immer an einer Lösung eventueller Sorgen interessiert! Wir würden gern wiederkommen!
