The Villa Concordia was renovated in the late 1990s and has been welcoming its guests and residents with modern facilities ever since.

Apartment 4RB17, house Concordia:
Your apartment is on the 2nd Upper floor of the house. It has a west-facing balcony from which you can see the Baltic Sea from the side. The beautiful 2-room apartment has a size of approx. 48 square meters and is furnished for 2 people. In addition to the living room, there is a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, hallway and a bathroom with vanity, shower and toilet. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. In the cozy living room you will find a separate dining area next to the seating area with sofa. A TV is part of the technical equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven and various small appliances. Our guests can now use free internet access. As a further highlight, from the summer season (from approx. May to approx. September) use your own beach chair free of charge. A private parking lot is available for you directly at the house.
