Die gesamte Anlage des Dünenparks Binz macht einen ordentlichen und gepflegten Eindruck. Die aktue..

Die gesamte Anlage des Dünenparks Binz macht einen ordentlichen und gepflegten Eindruck. Die aktuellen Bauarbeiten stören nicht die Erholungszeit. Sehr von Vorteil ist, dass der zur Wohnung gehörende Tiefgaragenstellplatz gut zu befahren ist und mehrere Aufgänge hat. In der Bäckereifiliale wird man freundlich bedient und kann sich dort mit leckeren Brötchen, Brot und Kuchen versorgen. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sowohl fußläufig als auch im Ort sehr gut zu erreichen. Im Rezeptionsbereich wird man freundlich empfangen und erhält alle notwendigen Informationen. Auf kurzem Weg gelangt man zum Ostseestrand und hat in jede Richtung ausreichend Möglichkeiten für schöne Spaziergänge, Ausflüge und zur Erholung. Auch der Hundestrand ist nicht weit, was für unsere Fellnase immer wieder ein Erlebnis ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen mir Sicherheit im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Arial. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war super, nur im Falle einer ausgebuchten Saison stelle ich es mir sehr eng vor. Das Appartement 28/212 war auch supi. Strandnah, auch der Hundestrand war fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
