The newly furnished two-room apartment is about 45m ² and is located on the ground floor. The living room with integrated kitchenette is equipped with a sofa bed and a dining area. In the bedroom you will find a double bed and the bathroom is equipped with shower / WC. From the living room you can access the furnished terrace.
The house Margarete was rebuilt in 1999. It is located in the center of Binz in a quiet location, only about 300 m to the Baltic Sea beach. The two-room apartments with balcony or terrace are very tastefully decorated. In the bedroom you will find a double bed, in the combined living room / bedroom is located next to the kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine etc. a sofa bed and a dining area. The bathroom is equipped with shower / WC. Behind the house you can park your car for free. TechniK: Cable TV- Flatscreen, StereoWlan free of charge Bed linen / towels not includedFor those who like a relaxed arrival and departure, we offer, not to put the day of the trip on the Saturday. To avoid long waiting times and traffic jams. On Saturday we try to make the apartments ready for you by 3 pm, if we can not make it, we ask for your understanding.

Sommerurlaub auf Binz
Gefühlt fahren wir jedes Jahr an die Ostseeküste und seid 3 Jahren nach Binz. Binz hat so viel zu bieten, angefangen von der schönen Strandpromenade bis hinzu den Restaurants. Und mit dem Auto sind die fahrten nicht all zu lange, wenn man an einem anderen Ort hinfahren möchte. Die Unterkunft (Haus: Margarete) war völlig ausreichend für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind. Die Lage vom Haus ist Top, Sauberkeit war in Ordnung.
Würden es wieder Buchen und weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schöne moderne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage und trotzdem ruhig
Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sie wurde wohl kürzlich erst neu renoviert. Das kleine zweckmäßige Bad mit schöner großer Dusche ist völlig ausreichend. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. An Equipment gibt es mehr als in der Beschreibung hinterlegt. Geschirr und Kochutensilien sind ausreichend vorhanden. Außer einem Fön, einem Bügeleisen und einem Kinderhochstuhl (wussten wir aber im Vorfeld) war alles da. Auch ein Wäscheständer und Staubsauger und weitere Putzutensilien sind vorhanden. Wenn man pingelig sein möchte kann man erwähnen das die rechte Bettseite etwas knarrt und quietscht und die Matratze der Bettcouch auf Grund diverser Flecken mal getauscht werden könnte (diese wollten wir abends mal ausziehen um bequem fern zu sehen). WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung fußläufig zum Strand. Man kann zu Fuß einkaufen gehen - egal ob zum Discounter oder zum shoppen. Die Parkplätze sind kostenfrei bei der Wohnung und ausreichend groß. Schöne Korbsessel sind auf der Terrasse zu Straße hin, durch die aber wenige Autos fahren. Alles in allem würden wir die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Es kann durchaus sein, dass wir wieder kommen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Schöner Urlaub im Haus Margarete, App 1
Postiv:Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Ruhig gelegen, kurzer Weg zum Strand und zum Zentrum.
Negativ: Die Balkonmöbel sind alt und ungepflegt, die Parkplätze sehr eng.
