Gut, mit Abstrichen

Wohnungslage sehr günstig, direkt an Promenade und Strand.Bahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeit nahe. Blick vom Wohnzimmer und Balkon aufs Meer sehr schön. Der Balkon ist leider überwiegend schattig. Arbeitsfläche in der Küche sehr klein.Kein Händehandtuch. Im Wohnzimmer und 2.Schlafraum unschöner "Kabelsalat" auf dem Fußboden, im Wohnzimmer abgehängte Wandbilder auf dem Boden abgestellt.Balkonaussenleuchte defekt.
