Wunderschöner Winterurlaub in Binz

Schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage in Binz

Die Wohnung und die Lage ist sehr gut. Sehr schöne Nähe zum Strand und die Wohnung ist gut und komplett ausgestattet. Der Strandkorb zu der Wohnung ist auch einfach toll.

Strandvilla, gediegenes Interieur, großes Wohnzimmer mit Frontmeerblick. Strand über die Straße. Einkausmöglichkeiten und Zentrum in der Nähe. Schöner kann man es nicht haben. Meine Famillie Ehepaar mit 3 Kindern hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Zu Gast Mai 1923

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage direkt am Strand von Binz. Man befindet sich auf der “ruhigeren” Seite des Strandbades, was uns sehr gefallen hat.

Perfekt ausgestattete, großzügige FeWo direkt an der Promenda mit herrlichem Blick auf die See

Das gepflegte Objekt ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet. U. a. 3 große Fernseher (im WZ und in jedem SZ). Bei schlechtem Wetter und im Winter kann man es sich am Kamin gemütlich machen. In der Küche ist alles da, was man zum Kochen braucht - und noch viel mehr. Wir haben immer wieder den Blick vom Wintergarten und dem Erker über die Promenade direkt auf den Strand und die See und bei offenem Fenster das Meeresrauschen genossen. Wir können die FeWo uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

fantastische Unterkunft , 6 Sterne !!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der sehr stilvollen und blitzsauberen Wohnung Meerblick sehr genossen , die Lage ist atemberaubend schön . Eine derartig perfekt ausgestattete Unterkunft haben wir bisher nicht erlebt , und die Betreuung durch den Vermieter ist herzlich und persönlich . 6 Sterne !!!

Hervorragende Wohnung in exquisiter Lage

Die Wohnung erfüllt alle Ansprüche an eine anspruchsvolle Urlaubsgestaltung. Die Zimmer, der Wintergarten, die Küche und die Bäder sind komplett und liebevoll ausgestaltet, die Dachterrasse ist großzügig mit beeindruckendem Blick in die Umgebung und die Ostsee mit besonders gepflegtem Strand liegt direkt vor der Tür. Wir können keinerlei Abstriche an der Unterkunft und Lage der Ferienwohnung machen. Im Gegenteil: wir empfelen sie uneingeschränkt für alle Urlauber, die sich etwas Besonderes leisten möchten.

Viele Ferienwohnungen behaupten vollständig ausgestattet zu sein. Diese ist es wirklich. Alles ist da. Tolle stilvolle Einrichtung. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Dazu die tolle Lage und der fantastische Blick. Morgens kann man die Sonne vom Bett aus über dem Meer aufgehen sehen. Wirklich einmalig!

Sehr zentral und doch wunderbar ruhig! Wohngegend ist absolut nicht verbaut,da hinten der Park und vorne das Meer ist! 10 Minuten an der Strandpromenade lang zum Bäcker, 10 Minuten andere Richtung Strandpromenade zur Granitz ( Wald) Eigener Strankorb vor der Villa am Meer, Eigenes Carport, Die Dachterrasse ist das absolute Highlight, von oben Ein Rundumblick über ganz Binz! Die Betten sehr bequem, Küche perfekt ausgestattet.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gut eingerichtet und mit allen! Küchengeräten und -maschinen eingerichtet, die man sich wünschen kann. Die vielen Sessel sind eher für schmale Personen geeignet ;-) aber da man sich sowieso eher am Strand aufhält oder unterwegs ist, kann man dies verschmerzen! Was unangenehm war: die Dachterrasse ist von Rauchern und Hundebesitzern beschlagnahmt (reichlich Hundekot!!) und für andere Mitbewohner leider nicht störungsfrei (Geruch, Hunde laufen frei,...) nutzbar.

Top Ferienwohnung

Wir haben 5 wunderschöne Tage über den Jahreswechsel in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Bereits der herzliche Empfang durch die Hausdame war sehr angenehm und der Ausblick auf die Ostsee sensationell. Gemütliche Abende am Kamin rundeten das Gesamterlebnis in der sehr gut eingerichteten Ferienwohnung ab. Tolle Lage - sehr ruhig - jedoch in 2 Minuten in der Fußgängerzone! Sehr zu empfehlen: FRITZ Gasthausbrauerei und auch die rustikale Fischräucherei am östlichen Strandende. Wir können dieses Domizil anderen Feriengästen nur empfehlen und können uns gut vorstellen diese Unterkunft wieder zu Buchen. P.S. Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen: Da wir zu fünft und somit mit 2 PKW's dort, gabs ein kleines Parkplatzproblem...da nur 1 Stellplatz.
