Apartment 1 is located in the 1st. Floor of the family house and is for max. 2 persons.  The 1-room apartment verfüg a balcony on the south side, which can be shared with the opposite Apartment. 1 Features: * Combined living / sleeping area with double bed, wardrobe, sitting room (chair and table) * Flat Screen TV * kitchenette (2 ring stove, fridge, sink, kettle, coffee maker, div. Crockery) * bathroom with shower / toilet * floor tiles throughout the apartment * rental of a beach basket on the Baltic Sea beach (July / Aug. only on request on site) * Parking on the property

Welcome to the beautiful Baltic Sea Binz - with lots of sea flair. Our private apartments and apartments are located just 5 minutes walk from a sandy beach and the beach promenade with restaurants, cafes and shops.  The property has 3 apartments and 4 apartments, which were built in part only in the year 2011th These are located in three separate houses right on the property of the landlord. All apartments have a good standard. Parking is available on the property (except app. Nr. 4). From May to October (July / August only upon request on site) you may also book a beach chair for your stay!  ��Visit us on the Baltic Sea town of Binz, stroll along the extensive beach promenade, enjoy regional culinary delights and bask on the Baltic beach.  We are looking forward to your visit!     

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 11:00.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchenette and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The apartment also includes a fenced private yard.

Mangelde Kleinigkeiten

Hallo, leider hatte ich nicht den Eindruck als Gast besonders willkommen zu sein. Es fehlte an Kleinigkeiten. Die Spülmaschine war defekt, das war Ihnen bekannt. Trotzdem lagen für 2 Wochen gebuchte Unterkunft genau 2 Tabs zur Verfügung. Öfter sollte man sie nicht benutzen? Es gab keine Reinigunsmittel für das Bad in der Wohnung. Auf Anfrage erst haben wir welche bekommen. Insgesamt ist der Eindruck entstanden, dass an Kleinigkeiten wie Klopapier gespart wurde. Es gibt keinen Wäscheständer zum Badetücher aufhängen und ein Schneidbrett, Sieb oder Teekanne sucht man auch vergebens. Wir haben ein Wäschepaket gebucht in der Annahme, dass das für die gesamte Zeit ausreicht. Leider mußten wir noch Handtücher nachbuchen. Dieses System war uns unbekannt, in anderen Teilen Deutschlands ist das für Gäste wesentlich einfacher: es gibt genügend Wäsche und Klopapier für Zeit der Anwesenheit. Und zwar im Preis inbegriffen! Wir waren mit der Bahn angereist, da ist es nicht sehr günstig den Koffer mit solchen Dingen zu belasten! Außerdem sollte in der Beschreibung darauf hingewiesen werden, dass der Balkon sehr klein ist. Der Nachbar sitzt einen Meter von der eigenen Balkontür entfernt. Das hatte ich so nicht erwartet!
