Thanksgiving stay

The property was clean and well kept. The amenities were great with boat launch and outdoor areas. We will definitely be coming back for another stay. This is a great location.

Great neighborhood.

Great location and having a private boat launch was super convenient. Bay St. Louis is a cool beach town, and the house is in a great neighborhood. I will be back.

Nice weekend trip!

We were looking for the perfect get away with our friends and we found it. Our host was awesome and made our stay very special. We will be back! Bay St Louis is the perfect get away place and our home away from home was the perfect place!

Wonderful House

First the check in process couldn’t have been easier and the communication with the owners was fast and they were able to answer any questions we had. The house was very clean and just as described. It was the perfect size for us. It is in a great neighborhood that had numerous activities for the 4th. We couldn’t have been happier with the house and the hosts. We will definitely book again.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay, the only issue we had was the AC didn't run like we wanted. Not sure if the owners controlled it remotely.

Perfect for Boating

The boat launch on the property is easy and safe to use. We used our boat as the way to get to town during the day. Highly recommend if you own a boat and would like to access the Jordan River or Barrier Islands.

Perfect Location

Great spot for access to Jordan River and the Bay. Neighborhood is friendly. The house was very clean. Enjoyed sitting below near the water at sunset. The private boat launch definitely makes it easier. And much appreciation for the owner to allow guests to bring their family pets. Thanks again Kyle

The property was great , the area on the water was fantastic in Jordan river in its own little canal, close to bay in your boat , great dock for parking , with deep Chanel Fishing good ! In side of house was like new , everything!! Well done !

An honest review

The location was good. We enjoyed having the river close by and the porches were great to hang out. Construction was a little loud; all beds were missing bed side tables but the ease of early check in was a big plus. Did not like being forced into a damage protection insurance policy or a huge security deposit. I still say the whole experience of Bay St. Louis, the chartered fishing trip, the food and the friends made this a great trip.

Relaxing getaway with great views!

My husband and I truly enjoyed this nice peaceful vacation. It was a much needed getaway and the setting was perfect. The house had everything you could imagine from well stocked kitchen to any bathroom item needed. Loved going for morning walks and meeting the neighbors with coffee in hand. We enjoyed going out to eat at the nearby restaurants but nothing measured up to getting fresh shrimp off the boats and having a shrimp boil, cold beverage, and eating outside in the well equipped seating patio and dock overlooking the canal. Highly recommend you checking it out for yourself. We look forward to visiting again soon! Thank you Freddie for sharing your home with us.

The property was EXCELLENT!!! Upon entering, we found the house clean and tidy. with the temperature set to a welcoming 72. The beds were comfortable and had a choice of pillows, the bathrooms had plenty of towels, soaps and in the kitchen, there was no shortage of plates, utensils and usual condiments.The upper deck area has enough seating for 6 people and a nice roll down shade to keep the sun out in the mornings. There is also a gate at the top of the stairs to protect the kids from the stairs. The ground floor is well laid out, with a nice gas grill and plenty of seating for the whole gang. Having the boat launch was wonderful, but it is VERY steep. If you're launching a boat, I would caution you to watch the water level in the canal. Any boat/trailer over 17' will be a challenge. On the plus side of that, is that the launch is wide enough to accommodate an 7' wide trailer with room to spare. To wrap this up, Frederick was a wonderful host, prompt responses and happy to accommodate any requests. This house is now on our "return" list... Again, 5 stars. John,

Labor Day Escape

This property was exactly as described. We put the boat in the water as soon as we arrived and enjoyed a ride down to the Bay St. Louis Marina. The mornings and evenings were spent on the porch or deck by the water. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t as nice as rental. We will definitely be back to enjoy. The host was very accommodating and easy to contact!!!

Jourdan RIver Estates Camp

Camp was clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Camp has easy access by boat to Jordan river and the bay. Nearby Marina is convenient for fuel and supplies. Frederick is an excellent host with quick responses to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!
