I was not impressed at all with this property

Great stay for three days. Room was clean and was very quiet. Please always remember that the front desk closes at 7:00 p.m. Staff was helpful and the on-site manager was great.

The hotel room bed sheets had multiple strands of hair and the comforter had holes. There was a lot of dust and dirt along the side of the refrigerator. The floor was very dirty. I understand there's a saying "you get what you pay for" but this was just overwhelmingly disappointing. The cleaning crew only checks the rooms every four days. The staff is obviously aware of possible dirty bed sheets because they offer new ones, as long as you ask. I felt I didn't need to ask for clean bed sheets when staying in a, what one would assume, clean room.

Don’t book this, worst hotel I have ever stayed. Traveling cross country and only hotel we could find online last minute. Arrived around 8pm and office closed around 7pm, had to call unresponsive security multiple times to get keys. He was nice when he arrived but hotel horrible. Everything smelled like pot, everything extremely dirty, dusty, stained and smelled. Only thing clean in room was sheets. Arrived and room door was open, when closed could see where it looked like rusted door bent and could see light. Did not feel safe. Bathroom discussing with mold and debris including pubic hair everywhere, showered in flip flops so did not have to touch tub. Worst hotel ever.

Staff was friendly. On the other hand the hotel was very dirty and smelled bad. There was stains on the bedding and in the shower. Even had a couple of dead roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom room light bulb was burnt out and no toilet paper. The toilet was stopped up before we even used it. Needless to say if other hotels wasn’t so booked or over priced we would have gone else where. We ended up buying new bedding and ferbreeze to make the stay doable.

Upon arrival at 9:30pm my Orbitz Reservation was not honored. I had called that morning to notify them of my late arrival, but the clerk knew nothing of it saying "Your reservation doesn't matter. There were people here before you who wanted the room and you were late." After expressing my surprise, and perhaps after she recovered a bit from the embarrassment, she somehow remembered that they did have a smoking room available which I took for my 2 night stay. The good news here first (there isn't much) the room did not smell of smoke as she said it wouldn't, the beds pillows and sheets were all nice and comfortable, the AC & all appliances worked well in spite of the badly cracked TV screen, and the in room wifi worked well. Water pressure also adequate but water smelled of sulfur and had a tinge of color. Now the bad, I doubt I'll be willing to sit long enough to list it all but here goes. Bathroom sink faucet dripped, toilet vale leaked and ran almost constantly, & only 1 bath towel & a half a roll of toilet paper was provided. 1 of 3 dead Palmetto bugs was found on the bathroom floor. The bedroom-living area: curtains had hole in them, but worked ok. The dresser with the cracked tv on top was missing some drawer pulls which were on the floor next to it along with bug #2 There was a clothes closet with no door and no hangers. The kitchen area had zero suppies, no glasses, no cups, no paper towels, no tissues, on utensils, no dishes or dish soap, & NO COFFEE MAKER! & bug 3

we had to go to the lobby 2 times in 2 days to get bath supplies, there wasn't any area "to-do" or phone book in the room, floor was so-so, sheets were clean, bathroom was horrendous. if you want a place to star long term, and have your own things...cool, if you want a nice hotel for a couple of nights...keep looking

I'm sorry we did not live up to expectations, the room absolutely should have been clean at check in. The housekeepers only provide cleaning service twice per week for occupied rooms, and the linen exchange is available in between cleanings as desired.
