The room was very clean and all the furniture in the room was in good shape. Everything in the room work like it should except for the hairdryer was broken. The hotel has the weirdest smell. My room's AC unit did not put out any cold air. The guest have no respect for others. I asked for another room due to issues with the AC unit, and the loud neighbors next door yelling. The staff did provied with another room that was slight of an upgrade but still, there AC units do not provide cool enough air. For the price of the hotel you definitely get what you pay for. This place needs a lot renovations and upgrades.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple of times before, and always have had a great experience. This time, I found out before I arrived that that was a shooting at the hotel the night before I got there. The service desk staff was very open and honest about the situation and made me feel at ease about still staying at the hotel. However, this time, my bed was horribly uncomfortable, as I stayed in a room with two double beds, instead of a King. Otherwise, the staff was great, and the distance to restaurants and things to do or nearby will definitely stay again.
