The West-End Wonderful is Wonderful! The interior is Brand New with Custom finishes. The exterior was stylishly remodeled in 2023. The backyard is Private and Lush. The Location is Awesome; close to West-End shopping and restaurants, yet located on a very quiet wonderful neighborhood street.
The interior is Great for families, offering a large open concept kitchen, living room and dining room. Everything is New!! The kitchen has wood, stainless steel, ceramic and granite finishes. The living room has a huge 65 inch smart TV with plenty of very comfy seating and vaulted ceilings. The dining area has a large table that can accommodate at least 6 with island seating of at least 4.
For those guests that may want some alone time, there is Another family room! Fireplace, bar cart area, game table and lots of comfy seating!
Three of the four bedrooms are located upstairs. Beautiful vaulted ceiling with luxury velvet king bed in the primary suite - complete with custom black, white and wood en suite bathroom and huge wall in closet!
Two additional bedrooms on this level, one with a double bed and the other with two adorable twin beds! All bedrooms have new smart TVs. The bathroom on this level is a custom marble tub and shower. You will Love it!
The fourth bedroom is very private and huge, complete with queen bed, sitting area and desk area. Amazing!
The half bath is a custom green color with attached and convenient laundry room!
The backyard has a brand new large deck off the kitchen sitting among all the shade trees. The backyard is fenced, private and lush with greenery. You and your Group will Love it!
