Very great breakfast!

Floor had broken pretzel on the floor maybe they should move the chair when vacuuming. Pool was too cold.

Hotel needs furniture updates. Stains on the chairs in our room. Was expecting more given reputation of Hilton owned.

Overall it was a great hotel but the pool was cold ( my son's lips turned purple) and I had stained sheets on my bed :(. The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable but I think if we visit the area again we will look for another hotel.

We pulled in at 9pm the lady at the front desk greeted us gave us a rundown on where to park was very friendly. The breakfast had a good selection of items. And the room was everything one would expect in a positive manner. Would stay again and recommend!

My only complaint is that the room I stayed in was an old smoking room and I could still smell it. My husband and I awoke to stuffy sinuses and congestion. Other than that the stay was great. Staff was nice and helpful and respectable looking.

This hotel was within walking distance to Amend Park where the Div II NCAA cross country regional championships were held. Very convenient. In an industrial area close to the freeway so the surroundings aren't the most scenic, but the room, free breakfast, and staff were all great. Can't go wrong with a Hampton Inn.

My whole family loved the room. It reminded us of the West End in Westminster, Colorado. The beds were great and we did not want to leave. We Plan to stay on our way back,

Everything was great no complains. Staff were pleasant, room was clean. Great breafast choices and service.

Great staff that welcomes right away. Room is nothing special at all but is still nice and clean.

very nice staff , hampton quality is very consistent and i can tell they are working very hard on customer satisfaction. they have become my top choice

Stayed for a week and the price was a little high for the comfort the room provided. The beds were a little lumpy, asked for extra towels and it was like pulling teeth. Over all it was okay but not worth the amount of money per night.

We stayed here a couple of nights before heading out to Yellowstone. We had stayed at a Hampton in D.C. and loved it, so when I saw this one in Billings I booked it right away. The location is good, although I don't think there's a bad location in Billings since it's so small. The beds were comfortable as always and the service was very friendly. It only took about 3 minutes to check in which was nice since we had the kids. The free breakfast is always great although they didn't have as much of a variety as the next place we stayed although considering what it saves you it's worth it. The pool and hot tub were nice although many of the areas feature hotels with slides, etc. and this one was more traditional. Overall we had a great experience once again at a Hampton Hotel and will definitely stay at another one in another city.

This Hampton Inn is a little difficult to find but our TomTom took us right to it. The weight room was small but very adequate. The pool was beautiful with a nice, adjacent hot tub. Our room was very clean and I really appreciated the make-up remover towelettes in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed the hot cookies each night. They had a different hot breakfast every morning so we really enjoyed their variety. I would definitely stay there again.
