This rental is run-downed and needs some extra love and attention. 2 of the windows are significantly cracked, theres a hole in the wall near the bed, the mattress had stains, the comforter/top sheet that went over the comforter also had stains and the 2 out 3 pillows were flat as pancakes with stains and the 3rd pillow had hair and stains on it. The mirrow in the living room is broken and the toilet paper holder is hanging on for dear life by 1 screw thats about to fall out any moment. The location is fine, its across the street from the bus station if you need it. Theres hardly any vehicles that drive by at night, so the noise level wasnt much of an issue. It did get hot during the night and you're not able to turn the a/c lower then 70, otherwise the unit will freeze but I was able to open up a couple windows and that helped some. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this unit to anyone. I ended up using my own blanket as a pillow.
