The newly renovated in-ground pool area is scheduled to open July 1st. This breathtaking spacious updated mid-century main level duplex, offers views of Four Dances Rims that can be enjoyed while soaking in the hot tub or watching the sun rise. The home is conveniently located three minutes from the Metra Events Center, seven minutes from the Airport & the Magic City's rims, and eight minutes to hospitals. A grocery store, coffee shop, and Target are within a mile. Please note, all guests must be registered who will be staying on the property. Visitors who will be utilizing the water features must be registered and approved with host prior to arriving. The maintenance man lives on sight in the basement apartment. This location is in a residential area but is quiet and private
