You will find:<br>On the first floor: a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.) open to a bright and friendly living room, ideal for shared meals and game or reading nights.<br>On the first floor: two bedrooms with double bed, sink and storage, as well as a relaxation area with sofa bed for an extra bed.<br>On the second floor: a charming dormitory in the eaves, accessible by a miller's staircase, with three single beds – a space appreciated by children and adults alike in search of cosy privacy.<br><br>Outside, enjoy an enclosed and wooded garden, with a furnished terrace: table, chairs, barbecue, deckchairs and relaxation area. A real delight for sunny lunches or barbecue evenings after a day at the beach.<br><br>Less than 100 metres away, you will find local shops (bakery, small grocery store, newsagent) and many water activities and hikes on the coastal paths of the GR34.
