Located on the first floor, the apartment includes:



🛏 Bedroom 1: 1.50 m bed with ample storage space.

🛏 Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with storage space.



All beds include fitted sheets, duvet covers (with a comforter during colder months), and pillows for a restful sleep.



🛁 Full bathroom with shower, equipped with:

✔ 2 rolls of toilet paper.

✔ 1 bottle of shampoo, 1 shower gel, and 1 hand soap.

✔ Hand towels and a shower mat.



🍽 Fully equipped kitchen, including:

✔ Sponge, cloth, and dishwasher tablet.

✔ Trash bags and manual dishwashing soap.

✔ Pans, pots, and kitchen utensils.

✔ Knives, forks, spoons, glasses, and cups.

✔ Kettle, microwave, and toaster.

✔ Roll of paper towels.

📌 Important Information

❗ Location: The apartment is on the lowest residential floor of the building.

❗ Keys: A physical key set and digital key access are provided.

❗ Air conditioning: Not available, as Bilbao has a cool climate.

❗ Food items: No basic cooking ingredients (salt, sugar, oil, etc.) are provided for hygiene reasons.

❗ Toiletries: We provide courtesy items (toilet paper, gel, shampoo, etc.), but guests must replenish them if they run out.

❗ Lost keys: If you lose or forget your keys inside, you will be responsible for the locksmith cost (€150).



🔑 Check-in & Access

✔ Self check-in with an electronic lock, requiring a phone with internet access to use the digital key.

✔ Our office team speaks Spanish and English. We recommend using messaging for communication.



🕓 Check-in schedule:

✔ Regular check-in: 16:00 - 22:00

✔ Early check-in: Available upon request and subject to availability (€20 extra).

✔ Late check-in: If our team needs to open the door, the following fees apply:



⏰ 22:00 - 00:00 → €20

⏰ 00:00 - 02:00 → €50

⏰ After 02:00 → Entry will not be possible.



📦 Forgotten Items

If you leave something behind, it will be your responsibility to retrieve it. We store items for a limited time, and you must arrange for pickup at a different location.



📝 Mandatory Registration & Security Deposit

To receive the digital key, all guests must complete the online check-in registration before arrival through the provided link.



📌 This registration is mandatory under Royal Decree 933/2021, which regulates traveler identification in tourist accommodations in Spain. The collected data will be sent to the Ministry of the Interior.



📌 If a guest refuses to complete the online registration:

🚫 Access to the apartment will not be allowed.

🚫 The reservation will be canceled with no refund.



✔ Security Deposit:

To confirm your booking, a security deposit will be charged to your card before arrival.

✔ If no issues arise, the deposit will be refunded automatically within 4 days after check-out.

🚫 If the security deposit is not completed, the reservation will be canceled without refund.
