We chose this hotel because it is very close to the shuttle to the BBK festival and I must say that it fulfilled our needs in that matter. Room was clean but walls are paper thin so it all depends on your neighbours... Ours were quite noisy unfortunately, especially late at night. During the festival the room was too expensive for what it is (142€ without breakfast !) as it is quite basic. For breakfast we ended up every morning to the bar next door -Berton Goikoa- which offers a great choice of pinchos. All in all I would go back there for its location to go to the festival , trying to book it very early to get a decent price.

After 4 nights staying in a tent in a field for a festival, we checked in to this lap of luxury for our last night of our break. Boy oh boy was it the correct decision!.....Comfortable big beds, a telly, minibar, quality shower/bath, ample storage space and pillows as soft as an Andrex puppy. The option to chillax in the well-designed lounge/bar area was most welcome, sipping on a Coronita whilst sheltering from the midday-sun. Centrally located near the Football Stadium, museums, bars, bodegas, shops and cafes, this was a perfecto way to end a week of debauchery in beautiful Bilbao. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good nights sleep in the city centre. Ole! Guapa!

The hotel is fairly well located, close to the Stadium and bus station. Very basic, clean. Service was good. We stayed only one night because price was cheap. I would not recommend for a longer stay. Parking was good but pricey

Good location. Room was very clean, modern and spacious. It is a shame that the management does not replace the windows with double glass and insulating paneling. We were on the first floor and could sleep only three hours, from 12 to 3 a.m., after that the sound of the young crowd gathering in the street in the adjacent bars kept us awake until 6.30 when we took a cab for the airport: people were still in the street partying and talking. I would recommend not to stay in this hotel until they fix the problem.

We had a short three night stay recently and no major complaints. Room was executive room (bit more money) but we got complimentary water and fizzy drinks in mini bar and LOADS of space - foldaway bed for my daughter, but not squeezed in - still loads of space. Room temperature was good - air con worked fine. Beds comfortable and toiletries in bathroom welcomed. Only slight complaint was noise from bars below - even on floor 5 the narrow street kind of acts like an echo chamber. As nights out in Bilbao go on until late (ie 6am in the morning) this was quite noisy. Thankfully we packed ear plugs and recognise that cities ARE noisy. Didn't take breakfast so cant comment on that. Did use hotel bar and that was VERY good (both good drinks and good value). Staff throughout very friendly and helpful too. PROS Price - VERY good value Location - we were initially concerned we were a bit off patch - but actually - very good location - 10 minute walk direct to Guggenheim, 2 minutes from Tram which gets you right round the city or walk direct to Moyua and you are in the thick of it. Lots of bars around too. CONS Only that comment above about noise, but it IS a city

I stayed here for one night from the late night and left early in the morning to go to San Sebastian. So I selected here because it was close to the bus terminal. On the arriving day, I came in to the city by plane, and I took a public bus, and there was a bus stop only one block away from this hotel. Next day, I went to the bus terminal and it took about 10min, it was little bit up way though. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Our room was in 8th floor. Good shower and sleep comfort. Very clean and not noisy at all. Breakfast ok, also fresh egg dishes available on demand. Very conveniently located in city center, couple of blocks from Bilbao bus station and next to San Mames metro station. I would definitely return.

Below the hotel there is a club bar which make lots of noise till 5am, we coundnt rest, and the room was a bit hot, and the air was not working, but i coundt open the window for so much noise! the Wifi works and disconect very easy....

We stayed twice during January 2017, we have different rooms and both of them were comfortable. Nice location, everything is a walk away (Stadium, Museums, Casco Viejo, bus station, etc). Breakfast is excellent. We will be back.

We spent one night here on our tour of NW Spain. When we booked this was the only place available in Trip Advisor that could accommodate us. I love the idea of this hotel, green leadership and employment of people with disabilities (according to their literature, 40% of employees have a disability of some sort). The hotel itself was clean and nicely located. The staff were fine. However, the walls are really thin and it was quite loud, first from the very amorous couple in the room next to us and then from the very loud karaoke bar somewhere in the city center. In addition, the thermostat in our room did not work so it was hot and we couldn't even turn on the fan to provide some covering background noise. There were three in our party so having to buy two rooms at 220 euro per night was the nail in the coffin of this poor review. We won't be back.
