Close to the subway, tram and buses. Fotball stadium just a couple of minutes to walk. Free fast WiFi. Parking and breakfast available at a fee. Mattress and pillows very good. Large room with AC and safety box.

This hotel should be magnificent. It looks good, it is next to the football stadium, five minutes from the bus station on foot and about 15 minutes from the Guggenheim. Reception staff were largely helpful and indulged my attempts at Spanish. It was expensive, so I expected a lot more than I got. However, it was August, but there was no room service, despite there being a prominent menu in the room. I wasn't keen to eat alone in the hotel restaurant so did not get food upon arrival on my first evAnd the wifi didn't work because they insisted on using my surname as my password, which they misspelt. I only went for breakfast one day and couldn't find waiting staff to help me or take my order. I left being overall disappointed. I can't therefore say that I would go back, as I suspect you can get more for your money elsewhere.

This hotel was the worst place I have ever experienced , having parked beneath the hotel and could not have used their tiny lift , after a panic I managed to find a door out ( thank god) I went to reception to tell them I don't like lifts , where the rude receptionist smirkingly put me on the 11th floor , the room was clean , but the windows opened wide like a door which freaked me out for how high we were , couldn't wait to leave the next morning

The photos promise far more than what is realistic. The rooms are outdated, too noisy, the wifi sucks and the prices are far too high. The only upside the the location of the hotel: near Guggenheim and the best restaurants. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.

Conveniently located near the San Mamés, 20 minutes walk to the Guggenheim, space rooms with excellent beds, free (!) underground parking, plenty of good eateries in the neighborhood - this is a really good choice for people who intend to stay in Bilbao and explore the city.

We chose this hotel because it is very close to the shuttle to the BBK festival and I must say that it fulfilled our needs in that matter. Room was clean but walls are paper thin so it all depends on your neighbours... Ours were quite noisy unfortunately, especially late at night. During the festival the room was too expensive for what it is (142€ without breakfast !) as it is quite basic. For breakfast we ended up every morning to the bar next door -Berton Goikoa- which offers a great choice of pinchos. All in all I would go back there for its location to go to the festival , trying to book it very early to get a decent price.

After 4 nights staying in a tent in a field for a festival, we checked in to this lap of luxury for our last night of our break. Boy oh boy was it the correct decision!.....Comfortable big beds, a telly, minibar, quality shower/bath, ample storage space and pillows as soft as an Andrex puppy. The option to chillax in the well-designed lounge/bar area was most welcome, sipping on a Coronita whilst sheltering from the midday-sun. Centrally located near the Football Stadium, museums, bars, bodegas, shops and cafes, this was a perfecto way to end a week of debauchery in beautiful Bilbao. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good nights sleep in the city centre. Ole! Guapa!

The hotel is fairly well located, close to the Stadium and bus station. Very basic, clean. Service was good. We stayed only one night because price was cheap. I would not recommend for a longer stay. Parking was good but pricey

Good location. Room was very clean, modern and spacious. It is a shame that the management does not replace the windows with double glass and insulating paneling. We were on the first floor and could sleep only three hours, from 12 to 3 a.m., after that the sound of the young crowd gathering in the street in the adjacent bars kept us awake until 6.30 when we took a cab for the airport: people were still in the street partying and talking. I would recommend not to stay in this hotel until they fix the problem.

We had a short three night stay recently and no major complaints. Room was executive room (bit more money) but we got complimentary water and fizzy drinks in mini bar and LOADS of space - foldaway bed for my daughter, but not squeezed in - still loads of space. Room temperature was good - air con worked fine. Beds comfortable and toiletries in bathroom welcomed. Only slight complaint was noise from bars below - even on floor 5 the narrow street kind of acts like an echo chamber. As nights out in Bilbao go on until late (ie 6am in the morning) this was quite noisy. Thankfully we packed ear plugs and recognise that cities ARE noisy. Didn't take breakfast so cant comment on that. Did use hotel bar and that was VERY good (both good drinks and good value). Staff throughout very friendly and helpful too. PROS Price - VERY good value Location - we were initially concerned we were a bit off patch - but actually - very good location - 10 minute walk direct to Guggenheim, 2 minutes from Tram which gets you right round the city or walk direct to Moyua and you are in the thick of it. Lots of bars around too. CONS Only that comment above about noise, but it IS a city
