Excellent stay!
It was perfect. Could not have asked for a better location or property for our group of 19. We would come back in a heart beat. The pictures do not do this place justice. It's the perfect lake vacation home. Matt

Relaxing and beautiful property!
We had 14 adults, (7 couples) and had plenty of room at the property. We loved the home, the hot tub, lake access (bottom of lake was a bit squishy so bring water shoes if that’s a thing for you), canoes, the property in general was clean, well kept, and easy to get to and from.
The property manager was responsive, and very helpful and accommodating for us on this trip. We would definitely come back!

Perfect for large families
Our stay was great. The house has everything you need. The lake is a plus. Lots of deer! We never saw a bear but had several fresh bear prints on the trash can. So bring your bear spray!

Great Property but not worth $1,450/night
The house and guest house were Great. The location was fantastic on the water and somewhat secluded just as we were expecting. We knew it was an hour to Glacier Park so planned accordingly. Each bedroom in the guest house had a portable A/C unit that worked great for small rooms but not adequate for larger room facing West. The main house had one A/C unit on the main floor that was not adequate for the two story house.
The parking area would have been large enough for everyone except for the pile of gravel that should have been spread out.
We had great communication with the management company and fast response to problems but the maintenance company failed to do their job before we arrived.
The Hot Tub had not been cleaned and the water had to be drained and refilled so it could not be used the first night.

Nice gateway!
We had a great time! Overall nice property, big enough to accommodate 14 of us but any more people would have been cramped when sleeping. Beds were comfortable but furniture is relatively old and pretty used. The lawn furniture could have been nicer, it was just plastic chairs with a couple older rockers. Appliances were ok, blender didnt work and cooking pans were poor quality. The access to the lake water is very muddy and you sink into it at least a foot. The lake is shallow at this end, good for kayaking but not boating or fishing. The sand box is old with grass and weeds. The 3 canoes were nice. Overall a nice place, a bit over priced for how old the furniture was and not great lake access.

50th Anniversary Family Gathering
Beautiful view. Neat and clean. Plenty of room for 7 adults and 7 children. Although we believed we would have good access with a motor boat, the area is too shallow. We enjoyed boating until we ran aground several times and the propeller was damaged and we were finished. Also not a good swimming area. The waterfront is solid mud.

We will be Back
We had a wonderful 5 days. Kids had a great time in the water. Well so did the adults. The dock and depth of water were just what we needed. The Hot tub warmed us up just right. It was very clean, homey and surpassed our expectations. But next time let us know where we can find and catch some fish!

Great place for large group
This home was fantastic for our family vacation to see Glacier National Park. It accommodated 14 adults and 3 kids comfortably with plenty of space. Great kitchen and deck area for gathering. The creek was perfect for the kids because it allowed them to play in the water. Nice sandbox for the kids as well and a bonfire. We took the canoes out and had a beautiful view of Swan Lake. Great spot for fishing as well. The only negative was the distance to the park. It was about a 2.5 hour drive to Logan Pass.

It’s a great place for multiple families and kids. Plenty of room and the inlet in front of the house is a safe place for kids to swim. We enjoyed the canoes and the beautiful Swan River. We’ll be back.

Great place to stay
We rent this for a family reunion and found the house and guest house to be wonderful. The area on swan lake offered our kids a good opportunity to try the lake with our boots without getting too far offshore. The hot tub provided a relaxing view outside during our rainy days. We will be back.

Great managers and outstanding amenitiescwed
We were here for a family reunion and the layout is great for adults and kids alike—the teenagers had a great time too!! We had some challenges with the lack of air conditioning in the one or two really hot days of the year, but the managers went above and beyond to get us fans and help sort out the ice machine. They also recommended a company that delivered stand up paddle boards to rent to use along with the canoes that are free to use at the house. They were a big hit. The beaver that lives along the shore nearby and the many ducks and deer that we could watch from the porch all made it idyllic.

Absolutely first- class! Accurate on-line description of this rental was helpful.
We are not 'resort' people, so once a year we try to find seclusion on a Montana lake, with a nice clean house, easy lake access, and calming views of lake and mountains. This rental is all this and more. The hot tub was an added bonus, as it rained off and on the first day we were there; but 4 grandkids found happiness sublime right out the back door! The sandbox at water's edge was another plus. Three on-site canoes plus our own paddleboards and kayaks provided ample lake time for all. The housekeeping staff is to be commended, as the house (as well as the guest house) was exceptionally well-cleaned and well-stocked with basic necessities. We'll be back!

My family of 13 had an incredible weeks vacation. The location was perfect. Swan Lake is beautiful. Loved waking up to its scenic view. The chalet and smaller cabin accommodated our large group perfectly. Raina and Brian were great to work with. We will definitely make this a repeat vacation!

The house was setup and stocked perfectly. The location is perfect.
This property is located in the perfect place for access to Bigfork and Glacier National Park and being on Swan Lake is great. The rooms are setup nicely and there are enough bathrooms to accommodate 14 people with ease. The kitchen and great room are large enough to handle lots of people at once and have a fantastic view. Secluded and quiet. It is great. The house could use a ceiling fan in each bedroom and the kitchen area but being able to be on the deck during hot afternoons helps a lot as the deck is partially shaded. We were extremely happy with everything.
