Small slice of heaven

This was our first time coming to Montana but definitely not our last. If you're looking for peace, nature, and beauty look no further! I cannot say enough great things about this property and the owners. We spent 2 days just hanging out and exploring around the property. Our teenage daughter loved the loft area and ample outdoor seating to read and draw. My husband loved being able to fish 20 feet from the door. I loved watching the squirrels and chipmunks.

Fantastic view but meager accomodations

The second bedroom is an attic space accessible via tiny stairs up a steep slope into a virtual crawl space - children could navigate the plywood floor (sheer carpet cover) on their knees while ducking head toward the mattresses This is a loft/attic which opens to the downstairs 100% - The living space is probably 200 square feet and the water heater did not support more than 5-7 minutes of hot water The full sized bed in bedroom was nice The loveseat in front room opens to small bed If your party is small and you don't mind the smaller/camplike experience, the view and riverfront location is everything. The hot tub is on the owners deck which is very close to this "cottage" - zero privacy
