Spacious 3 bedroom, 1 flex space and 2 full bath home boasting 5 beds. One covered parking and 3 offstreet parking sites. Outdoor area for barbeque in yard, along with fair condition free weights to “beef up”. 4 tvs with streaming apps and Wifi. Also huge walk-in closets in every room. Water with filtration of 87 different contaminants, so safe to drink. Big spring is known for its hard water. Home has an incredible ac system for relief from the Texas sun.
The space
Welcome to the manly cowboy retreat, decorated with texas memorialbilia and catering to all the men out there with a free weights set out back, dart board, poker, bbq, and large screen tv inside a huge entertaining living area. Saddle up there to watch your favorite game on our smart tv. This recently renovated property which is accessible to local hot spots, and sleeps up to 10. Comfy Beds: 2 queen, 1 queen sofabed, 1 full, 1 twin, 1 king. Either memory foam or cushioned spring mattresses. Kitchen boasts everything needed to whip up large meals for your crew on our 5 burner gas stove. Charcoal grill located just by front door, adjacent to kitchen. Please bring your own charcoal/lighter. Also take advantage of coffee pot/french press/ or keurig for a quick get-up-and-go-joe. Women/children will love the upscale decor and toys and kids-ware in kitchen.

There are 3 bedrooms and a second living area that can function as a second living room or a bedroom with its queen sized pull out couch and the armoire for clothing storage. There is a #2 tv in this room. A #3 tv in the room with bunk beds. A jack and jill bathroom serve bedrooms #2 and #3. the master (designated as bedroom 1) has a private shower bathroom.
