One of the more affordable options near Big Sky. Rooms aren't huge or luxurious but nice enough and clean. Included hot breakfast was of good quality and variety. Restaurant is pricey but one of the best in Big Sky with excellent food. Common areas are nice. Overall a satisfactory stay.

About an hour from West Yellowstone. River rafting and other fun activities right there!

Great stay with easy access to Yellowstone Park. Good warm breakfast in the morning. The food kept running out but otherwise a good breakfast. NIce room with comfortable beds. Pleasant staff with inconsistent concierge-type information. Beautiful location.

Staff are very friendly. Very nice view of the mountain side from the hotel. Hot breakfast is very good.

Beautiful setting. A little too far from Yellowstone if that's all you're planning on doing/seeing during your stay on this area.

The facilities and staff are great. The restaurant is outstanding. If you are not up for a large meal, then you will enjoy taking a table in bar area and ordering from the appetizer menu. Outdoor hot tubs are nice for post ski day wind down. Room are well kept and clean with plenty of room. We stay here every spring while skiing Big Sky. Hope to stay in summer while touring Yellowstone.

It's a piece of the local history and culture. First class restaurant.

Buck's T-4 Lodge is perfectly located for a ski trip to Big Sky, Montana. The rooms are spacious and clean, and we enjoyed our full breakfast every morning.

We enjoy Buck's T4 very much. The location is perfect for exploring the Yellowstone and Big Sky area. Lodging, restaurant and lounge staff are extremely pleasant and accommodating. The morning breakfast buffet during ski season is perfect way to prepare for a long day on the slopes. Restaurant offers a great variety on menu and offerings are prepared to perfection. Great wine selection. Rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Great place.

Really enjoyed my stay, clean rooms, friendly staff, great price what more can you ask for, highly recommend

We had a great experience staying at Buck's. You couldn't beat the price for what we got. The complimentary breakfast was great and so was the food in the restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place to stay, great price for area. The staff was very friendly, rooms nice, great outdoor hot tub and the restaurant is very good.

Best environment, best stuff, best breakfast! Just one thing should be mentioned: there is no laundry room in this lodge !

Staff is very friendly. Good hot and cold breakfast options. Restaurant is pricey for dinner but tasty. Shuttle makes it easy to get to the mountain but it only runs every hour and can get quite crowded. I didn't think the hourly schedule was going to be a problem but it can take anywhere from 30-55min to get to the mountain depending on which shuttle you take and it is only a 20 minute drive. Overall, happy with the experience and was worth the price.

Buck's is a great place for families or friends who prefer a quiet, down-home lodge to a fancy hotel. There is a free shuttle to the Big Sky ski resort, which picks up every hour and takes about 30 minutes. After skiing, the two huge hot tubs (more like small swimming pools really) are the place to be. The guests and staff were very friendly, a true Montana experience. Best of all, a hot breakfast buffet is included with stay. This is a legit breakfast, the type you'd pay $15+ for elsewhere.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay to ski at Big Sky! Hot tub was useful. Breakfast was an awesome way to start out the day. Short drive up the mountain to ski. Rooms were really nice and it was very quiet. Great place to stay!

On arrival we received an upgraded room for free. King with Jacuzzi, free breakfast. Very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Only negative was their destination restaurant was closed for dinner until later in the week, as our stay was just before the Big Sky winter season gets going.

From the time we check in until we left 2 days later, we were treated like family. The Lodge was perfect for drives to Yellowstone. The resturant was exceptional. I had Red Deer, then Duck. Wow! This Lodge is rated 4.5 stars. Should be a 5*. Jamie our server was top notch. Anna, the Bartender was the best. Can't say enough. Kudos.

Great staff, clean rooms, restaurant and bar were good. Location great. We used it as base to visit Yellowstone, river rafting the Gelatin, and flyfishing on the Gelatin as well as sightseeing in the Big Sky area. Restaurant seems a little overpriced for the quality.

It was a great experience staying at the lodge in Big sky. We went into a Yellowstone Natl. Park for 3 days and needed to drive for about 1 hour from the lodge to the park. It was a enjoyable to drive since we could enjoy beautiful national forest on the way to the park. But if you want to focus into the Yellowstone, I recommend you book lodges in the park or in west Yellowstone. For us, it was a last minute deal and we preferred comfortable and better amenities with reasonable rates. So this lodge fit perfectly to our needs. The room was very clean and the cleaning service was great as well, everyday. It also includes a breakfast which was fine. (Enough to save energy for us to explore the park) I recommend this place to anyone who is traveling to Yellowstone and wants to have a good rest.
