"We have stayed in the hotel multiple times but this time it was horrible. Our room was to be a king suite with a pull out sofa. This hotel doesn’t have such rooms. They were kind enough to upgrade us to a double queen with a pull out sofa. The room was hot and we tried adjusting the thermostat but it stayed 76 the entire time. We mentioned it when we left to go grab dinner. We were told that we needed to leave the fan on auto. We tried that when we came back. The room still wouldn’t cool down. We tried to open the windows but they were screwed shut. This was very concerning because that is a fire hazard. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work. There was a baseball tournament in the area and lots of kids in the pool. Tried multiple times to get in the pool thinking it wouldn’t be as crowded. Tried Sunday morning because we were told that it opened at 7 am. Instead they had put chemicals in so the pool was closed. Don’t tell your guest it opens at 7am if you are treating it with chemicals. Even the hot tub wasn’t working. These are things your guest are looking for when booking a room. It will be a long time before we try them again."
