Family Retreat

My family had a Great experience here. Jon was friendly & great at responding quickly to any questions we had . Lots of room for all of us & great to have an equipped kitchen . Great amenities .. EV charger , ping pong & pool table in the garage . A fire pit on the back deck to cook marshmallows /smores . We didn’t use the barbecue , but was nice to have that option . The only negative to note is in the pics , the room with the bunk beds only has a pony wall opposite the bunks , not a full wall & enclosed room like we had expected . So it’s not a good arrangement if you are planning on putting young kids in the room ( for safety reasons ) . . That being said , we would definitely love to come back & stay again . Great scenery & great accommodations .

Great Stay

My friends and I stayed in this cabin for 3 nights. This is a very beautiful, clean and newly remodeled cabin. The views are great and the management was there for anything we needed. We will stay there again.

Beautiful place

We go every year around this time. This was a new cabin for us. There were 12 of us. Plenty of room. Rained two days we were there so we were indoors a lot but we’re very comfortable. Kitchen had plenty of room with multiple cooks running around. Loved the use of the E-bikes to ride around the neighborhood. LVH rentals are always Aplus. Beds are extremely comfortable. Looking forward to next year!!

Had a great time

This home was very spacious, clean, and accommodating to me and my family’s needs. We traveled with our miniature poodle as well, who enjoyed laying on the back deck in the mountain sunshine. The beds were comfortable, sheets were clean, there was plenty of extra necessitates like towels and toilet paper. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. Jon was easy to get ahold of and was very helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer! Looking forward to our next trip!

Amazing!!

Our stay was incredible! Jon was extremely responsive. The home is modern, clean, and just felt great to be in. We had 3 young kids and 5 adults and it worked really well. We loved the location. And the views everywhere are so beautiful! Thank you!!

Daughters Wedding Weekend

The home was lovely. We had three families stay at the property. Everyone had plenty of room to enjoy their time without feeling crowded. The house was well equipped and impressed those in our party as well as our visitors. We held a welcome dinner for my daughters wedding party and there was plenty of room for entertaining. The deck has a magical view and is where we spent the majority of our time.

Lake Arrowhead Luxury

The cabin was a great place for our retreat! We loved the big open space with comfortable seating in the family room and the dining table. Cooking in the big kitchen was a joy as was relaxing on the deck! Our group of 7 enjoyed the comfortable bedrooms and all of the products in the bathrooms! It was a quiet and beautiful space for our Lake Arrowhead weekend!

Luxury in Lake Arrowhead

This new cabin is beautiful, spacious and comfortable! It is light and bright and all of the furniture, the beds, the kitchen stocked with coffee and tea, and every little touch was high quality! It was quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed eating our meals on the deck while looking at the view and listening to the birds! It was the perfect location for our retreat!

Excellent!

The home was perfect for our family gathering. We celebrated Christmas there, and were delighted to see a decorated Christmas tree in the living room when we walked in. The dishwasher was broken (a note was left by either the cleaning crew or mgmt team), so that was an inconvenience. But I can imagine it is difficult to find time in between guest stays to bring in a plumber to fix it. We don't fault anyone for the issue, and it didn't take away from our experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for family gatherings. Lovely ammenities, all the necessary kitchen appliances, tools, dishes, etc., and cozy bedrooms for everyone. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Family Get Together

We had a great time w three sisters and their families and mom! The house was new and had all the amenities. We stayed over Labor Day weekend - Lake Gregory was great on Friday, not too busy, but wall-to-wall people on Sunday! The deck at the house was a great space. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating despite a snafu w a broken oven. would definitely recommend this property.

More than we expected

This is a perfect vacation house for a group of 4 couples. We each got our own bedroom and bathroom. Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen which has all the essentials, spacious deck with great view. More than we can expect.

Great stay!

Overall, this rental is great for big families! The property’s 3 levels accommodated our family—7 adults and 4 kids (age 2-7)—with plenty of room to spare. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and we really enjoyed taking walks after our meals. We loved having our meals on the patio and relaxing around the fire pit at night. Its proximity to the market, Lake Arrowhead Village and Lake Gregory was a big plus as well. John was also very responsive when we had any issues or questions. Here are some of the challenges we came across during our stay: 1. The oven did not work which made cooking some of our meals (e.g. frozen lasagna) a bit of a challenge. 2. The refrigerator’s left door does not seal fully which was a minor annoyance even though our food stayed cold. 3. There was only 1 parking pass (not 2) for Lake Gregory. Again, a minor issue but still worth mentioning. 4. The property was not as clean as we hoped given the cost of the cleaning fee guests pay. There was quite a bit of dog hair, dirt and dust on the floor when we arrived which required us to sweep up, wipe down and vacuum on our first day. These are all easy fixes and despite them, I’d still rent this property again and stay here in the future.
