Quite a luxurious haven in this loud and busy city as we had a Lovely big clean room with nice bathroom. Good breakfast variety. However the restaurant menu was pretty pricey and the food choices a bit restricted. Pool was grubby and loungers broken. A couple of Dead cockroaches in pool put us off swimming
The hotel is well situated, close to a lot of shops and restaurants. If you have to go every day to the industrial district in Brian, then the choice is better than staying downtown as you will save at least 1 hour every day in the traffic. The rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is a bit simple but OK for daily routine. For dinner, the big restaurant is empty with very loud piano and it is a bit depressive... Enjoy the swimming pool on the roof and practice your fitness in the gym; ask the air conditioning before you go!
This is one of the better options if you are staying in Bin howa region in VN Rooms are ok But last time when I was coming to my room a room service person was in my room and ran away Did not give a reason why he was there. 😆
The room is clean, WiFi speed is really good. Very convenient location you can have everything within 5 mins walk. Not too far away from TSN International Airport. Worth the money and very friendly staffs.
There are not many solutions at Bien hoa to find a good hotel. The Aurora, 4 stars, is a good choice, but expensive for Vietnam (120 euros). We had a very large room, with quality furniture. The Wifi works very well. The staff is friendly and professional. Little more: they had put an ashtray knowing that we were smokers (which never happens !!), and the air conditioning in the room was plugged in before we arrived. It is right in the center of the city with a shopping center nearby.
The bed and bathroom were clean 😊. The front desk service and door men were professional, however it’s a little disconcerting to see walk-in prices posted for the hotel for prices lower than your advanced booking price for an upgraded room. The hotel did not seem busy, it seemed like a ghost town, yet we were not offered an upgrade to a larger room. Our room was small and was considered a deluxe room. The carpet in the room was dirty and really needs to be changed. I was never so happy for provided slippers. The bathroom was not attractive and it appeared to have had some major issues with perhaps the toilet leaking or over flowing over the years due to the stains on the marble floor. Maybe this was their best room? It is considered the best Hotel in Bien Hoa and it has so much potential. It is evident in the hotels heyday this was very nice. The restaurant needs to work on their service issues, like...provide some. The included breakfast was sparse and it was difficult to get coffee or a refill. You will be served half a cup with no one in site to fill with more. This is Vietnam, I don’t think there is a coffee shortage. It’s difficult to get service at all if you happen to be a female. I ordered my omelette first and my Husband was behind me. He ordered his next, he was served first and I had to wait on mine???
Have meetings nearby Bien Hoa, therefore I stayed in this hotel 7 nights so far during the past 3 weeks. Tried both the studio and deluxe premium rooms. All comfortable and good. Very clean. Room Wi-Fi was quite stable. Gym and swimming pool on the 14th floor but no water dispenser. No private meeting room. Restaurant and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Not all can speak English though. I will return to this hotel again very soon.
We stayed at Aurora Plaza for 2 nights to celebrate a recent wedding in the area. Upon arriving at the hotel you a greeted outside - checking was smooth and a pre assigned room ready and waiting. The Aurora has 3 types of room - Deluxe, Premium and Studio. There is minimal difference between the Deluxe and Premium and the Studio has a small sofa area. My recommendation stick with the Deluxe! Rooms are clean and spacious and have full marble/tiled bathrooms. The only down side is the complimentary water should be in the fridge and the beds are pretty hard! Breakfast is buffet style located on the 6th floor. The only western items on the breakfast selection is streaky bacon and chopped hot dog sausages the remainder is eastern cuisine. There is an eggs counter where you can order omelettes or eggs if your choice, id recommend these!! There is a gym and pool located on the 14th floor, the pool is open top however I could only see 2 sun lounges. On the first night we tried to order room service at 11pm to be told the restaurant closed at 10pm, the in room menu and information needs updating as this still advises that room service is available 24 hours a day. The gentleman at reception walked me over to a local stand or order beef noodles and stir fry and had this delivered to my room as a substitute which was good. The only downside was no plates in the room. On the last day my feet started rubbing so I asked where I could find a pharmacy for plasters (band aids) - the concierge again walked with me to a little shop to acquire these which I thought was over and above! All in all - a good hotel, a refresh will be required soon however the staff are superb!
This Hotel is quite standard ,nothing special but nothing bad, they have very huge bedroom , with big flat tv , the breakfast is ok , not super but you can get salt or sweet food along with fruit or local food. The position is in a poor area and for this reason around there is totally empty place, you will not find anything to mess with. They have also Spa but I wasn't so I can t judge. The staff at reception speak not a bad English and he is ready to help. Just not a 4 stars... maybe 3,5
The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We heard absolutely no street noise despite being facing onto a busy road. Great staff that know the true value of customer service special mention for reception and the restaurant first class service, the evening menu was varied and the food exceptional the coffee creme brulee was divine
