Charming and beautifully decorated cottage, functional and modern, located on the ground floor of the owners' house (they live on the first floor). Close to the town center of Oloron-Sainte-Marie, in a built-up area on the outskirts of town, in Bidos, towards Spain and the Somport Pass (Aspe Valley). Pleasant enclosed garden of 1100 m² to share, with trees and flowers. Shared swimming pool (6x3 m, 1.35 m deep), private garden furniture (plancha grill). Sun loungers. Carport for one car within the gated property. Spacious and bright living room opening onto the garden: - Equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, 5-burner gas hob and 2 electric ovens, microwave, 140-liter refrigerator). - Adjoining laundry room (washing machine, dryer, 2-drawer freezer) shared with the owner (who has their own access) with a lockable door. - Comfortable dining area - Cozy living room with TV and Wi-Fi internet access (fiber optic). - 1 bedroom: 1 queen-size bed (160 cm).
