The Tack Room is a pretty single storey studio cottage, ideal for couples and walkers looking to explore this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty around the remote town of Hartland, on the North Devon/Cornwall border. With just a kitchen, double bedroom and en-suite shower room (and no separate sitting room), The Tack Room provides the perfect base for those who want to make the most of the great outdoors.
Guests share access to the hot tub and sauna as well as enjoying the company of the farm animals. Take in the scenic views on your drive down to Hartland and make the most of the coastal path as you go on an adventure.

Kitchen: Microwave, two electric hobs, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster
Double bedroom: with double bed, storage, TV, and a dining table with seating for two.
Shower room: Shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

Important Information
Electric panel heaters, bed linen supplied, towels provided (beach towels not supplied), short breaks available, no smoking, one small dog allowed, 2 miles from the coast, 2 miles from the nearest pub, off road parking for 1 car, weekly changeover day is Friday, no infants or children allowed, supermarket delivery.

If bringing a dog to the property, please notify us ahead of arrival. There is an additional charge for dogs at this property. If bringing more than one dog, please check before booking that multiple dogs are accepted.
