The cottage offers an open-plan living area, a large separate bedroom, and a modern shower room. Outside, you'll find a sun-soaked area ideal for relaxing afternoons and accommodating your four-legged friends. Facing the farmyard, Duckpool Cottage is just a 6-minute drive from the Atlantic Highway, making it an excellent base for exploring the stunning North Devon and Cornish coasts. Please note, the property is located on a working farm.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a dining table. Change of towels is available on request.

Arrived at the property - no one there and eventually the owner arrived to inform us that he was unaware of the booking. Not sure who was at fault here - either Vrbo or the owner but as you can imagine not happy at all.
