The elegant family bathroom on this level provides everything you need to wash off sandy toes. The open-plan lounge/diner upstairs boasts vaulted ceilings, a feature wood burner and captivating views across Instow to Appledore and beyond through the stunning picture windows; head out onto the balcony to catch some breathtaking sunsets. The adjoining contemporary kitchen features a second balcony, a gorgeous spot for your morning coffee. You’ll also find a cosy snug upstairs, as well as a games room on the ground floor. Enjoy the sounds of the sea in the beautifully landscaped, enclosed patio garden, home to a delightful hot tub and bespoke washing points for pets and surfing equipment. Hop aboard the seasonal passenger ferry from Instow to the fishing village of Appledore (6 miles) to discover its quaint narrow streets or enjoy a traditional bucket and spade day at the gloriously golden Westward Ho!
