Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and return the keys

Leave house unlocked - place key back in the pewter boat and position on kitchen table. Use white bags for daily trash. Orange bag (lower kitchen cabinet) for overflow trash.

Trash day is Monday (as early as 5am). Bring both the green (trash) and blue (recycling) barrel to the corner of Leighton Pt and Bridge Road by Sunday evening.

Shut all windows. Please place all used dish towels, hand towels, and bathmats in a white trash bag and leave at the bottom of the stairs.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
4 stars as basic bedding and towels were not including at this stay and unfortunately was not expressed prior to arrival but the home was a cute older style home with basic amenities including a bbq grill and beautiful covered porch and deck to enjoy meals! We spent most of the time at the ocean that was a nice short 5 minute walk! Laundry mat located 13 minutes away in town. Would recommend this stay and will come back!
