Bonne situation, parking disponible, seulement manque de precision sur l'Ă©tage (1er etage ok car pas d'ascenseur, seulement pour la vue, c'est un peu bas).L'appartement nĂ©cessite des travaux ! une des 2 chambres prĂ©sente de nettes dĂ©gradations dues Ă des infiltrations de liquide (eau ?)ce qui est assez dĂ©plaisant visuellement parlant et une armoire qui tombe en ruine.... point positif, bonne literie ! Dans les toilettes, lĂ aussi, des infiltrations de liquide (eau?) ont mises Ă mal les murs qui s'effritent.....Pour la propretĂ©, cela ne peut qu'ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©.... les sols ne paraissant pas avoir Ă©tĂ© lavĂ© entre chaque periode de location (quand il est prĂ©levĂ© 100 euros pour le mĂ©nage on s'attend Ă mieux....)

The apartment is located close to the beach in a nice area. Unfortunately one room was not possible to be used, as it was mouldy at the sealing and the wall. Same situation in the toilet. I was shocked, as this was not mentioned in the description of the apartment and the owner did not reach out to us prior to our stay. The owner was not very approachable when I raised my claim. Otherwise the apartment is big and ok equipped, even if it is a bit aged. The sun set of Bidart is just amazing :-)

Brilliant seaside resort
We had a wonderful time in this very spacious accommodation. It was extremely well equipped for modern life. The host is quick to respond to all your questions. The location is very close to the beach and at the edge of a lovely village Bidart. Good public transport to visit Biarritz and easy access to the Intermarche. We will definitely come again.
