Centrally located, you can walk to Redbill Beach, bike to the local shops and drive to neighbouring townships - whilst returning home to comfort and convenience.

The best of indoor/outdoor living - Lifebuoy flows seamlessly throughout for easy entertaining.
An open plan lounge, kitchen and dining space create unity between the two wings of the home - bringing all together to play games, relax and unwind.

The left hand side of the main living space is accessible by hallway, and comprises of two bedrooms, separate toilet, bathroom and dedicated laundry.
Bedroom 1: Single bunk beds, geared towards childrens room
Bedroom 2: Queen bedroom

To the right of the main living is the master bedroom, conveniently separated from the other two rooms. The master suite includes Queen bed, walk in wardrobe, and ensuite with walk in shower.

The outdoor area is the star of the show, with large outdoor entertaining space with plenty of outdoor furniture. The property includes BBQ and pizza oven! As well as native, established gardens.
