Restaurants, taverns and small bars are lined up on the coast side, while the whole summer is dotted with events, foolish evenings, festivals and concerts. Beaches facing the Zadar islands covered with smooth pebbles will delight guests of all ages, while the largest marina on the Croatian coast with top facilities luxury gastronomy and catering service will be a dream come true for lovers of nautical tourism.
The heart of villa NikSun lies on the outside. In front of the villa there is a big heated pool with sun lounges and sun umbrellas. Property of the villa is fully fenced, so You can enjoy all this in total privacy. Next to the pool there is an outsite grill and dining area for whole family to gather around tasty dish. For the youngest, there is an outside playground with slide and swing.
When You enter the villa, You will come to an open plan living room and dining room with fully equipped kitchen. All this is contemporary furnished and attention was given to the details. The wall facing the pool is almost whole out of glass panels, which allows You to enjoy the sun rays from hte inside. On the ground floor there is also one bedroom with en suite bathroom and one separate bathroom. On the first floor of the villa there are other three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Each bedrooms is equipped with double bed, air conditioning and TV. With four double beds, this villa can comfortably accommodate 8 persons.
