Apartment A4 is 83 m2 in size and is located on the 2nd floor of the villa. The apartment is fully equipped and consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. With a sofa bed in the living room, it is suitable for a group of 6 people. All furniture and appliances are of a high qiality La Perla is a newly built villa located in a small tourist town Bibinje, only 150 m from the local beach. The villa consists of 4 modern apartments with a shared pool on the roof of the house, and a roof terrace with garden furniture and deck longes overlooking the sea. The pool is 32m2 large and heated. 

Please note that regardless of the General Cancellation Policy, Apartments La Perla have a strict non-refundable policy.

moderne FeWo mit kleinen Fehlern

Die Whg befindet sich in einem neuen Appartementhaus. Wir hatten 2 DZ mit jew. eigenem Bad plus 1x Toilette extra. In der 3. Toilette hat es leider Mitte der 2 Woche sehr stark nach Fäkalien gerochen, so dass dieses WC nicht mehr benutzt wurde. In der direkten Nachbarschaft werden diverse Häuser neu gebaut, so dass wir in dem einen Schlafzimmer von Mo-So! Baulärm hatten, der um 07.00 Uhr startete. Leider funktionierte das W-Lan die gesamten 2 Wochen nicht, dennoch war der Vermieter stets hilfsbereit und bemüht, das Problem zu lösen. Die Küchenzeile verfügt über sehr wenig Geschirr/Besteck, so dass nur wenig gekocht werden konnte. Das Stellen der Bettwäsche beinhaltet 1 Laken sowie eine Überdecke für das gesamte Doppelbett (wer`s mag!?), die Doppelbetten waren ca. 160cm breit. Handtücher wurden gestellt, mehr Wäsche für den Küchenbereich wäre nett sowie Fußmatten für die Bäder. Der vorhandene Dachterrassenpool ist schön groß und hat eine tolle Aussicht, jedoch ist er max. auf 21/22° geheizt. Der Kontakt zum Hausbesitzer war sehr nett, mussten wir ihn doch mehrfach wegen des nicht funktionierenden W-Lans sowie eines Arztbesuchs kontaktieren. Im Großen und Ganzen müsste an der Wohnung noch einiges getan werden, trotzdem haben wir uns wohlgefühlt, die Dachterrasse ausgiebig genutzt und eine zufriedenstellende Zeit gehabt.
