This beautiful newly built Tuscan-style villa for 8 guests is located in the hills between Bolgheri and Bibbona. It is surrounded by a large well-kept garden equipped with barbecue and carport parking and a hectare of olive trees. Beautiful infinity swimming pool with solarium, sun beds, deck chairs and umbrellas for total relaxation.



The Villa is divided over two floors and is located on a hill in the middle of the vineyards with sea view. With a short and comfortable staircase you reach the large porch and the balcony.



The first floor consists of a very bright open space living room, with super-equipped kitchen and sun flooded dining area, as well as two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The lower ground floor offers two other bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a second living room. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning and heating.



The villa offers its guests all the best modern services for a relaxing stay: Wi-fi, two satellite TVs, safe, alarm system, air conditioning, heating and complete equipments for comfortable holidays: fridge, freezer, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, dryer, iron complete with ironing board.



The villa lies only 10 km from the sea and beaches, Bibbona is 5 km away and the famous village of Bolgheri is less than 5 km away.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus in der Toskana war traumhaft und ĂŒbertraf all unsere Erwartungen. Das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet und ideal gelegen. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von unserem Vermieter empfangen, der uns das Haus und die Umgebung zeigte und wertvolle Tipps gab. Die Zimmer waren gerĂ€umig, sauber und komfortabel. Die KĂŒche war komplett ausgestattet. Besonders genossen wir die große Terrasse mit atemberaubendem Blick und den gepflegten Garten mit Pool. Die Lage des Hauses war ideal fĂŒr Erkundungstouren in der Umgebung. Viele malerische Dörfer, Weinberge und SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten waren schnell erreichbar. Gleichzeitig war es ruhig und friedlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft unseres Vermieters. Sein Engagement und seine Herzlichkeit machten unseren Aufenthalt besonders. Insgesamt war das Ferienhaus der perfekte Ort fĂŒr einen erholsamen und unvergesslichen Urlaub. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Vielen Dank fĂŒr alles!

Es befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen und etwas abgelegenen Lage und bietet einen fantastischen Blick auf die umliegenden Weinberge. In der nĂ€heren Umgebung sind zahlreiche leckere Restaurants, malerische Bergdörfer sowie das Meer mit SandstrĂ€nden zu finden.
