The residence is located 200m from the beaches and 1km from the International Golf Training Center Ibarritz.



On site, enjoy the beautiful heated outdoor pool, open from mid-April to mid-October.

For your comfort, TV, WiFi access, bed linen and towels are included. You also have 2 outdoor parking spaces per villa. Finally, the residence offers (optional) the cleaning fee and the baby kit (on reservation).



Nearby, you can practice the two star sports of the region: surfing and golf, but also discover the coastline from the tip of Saint Martin to the Côte des Basques.

Moreover, many walks are possible to explore the hills, traditional villages, local dances and of course the food!

5-room villa 8 people from 140 to 160m², composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, a storeroom, 4 bedrooms (one on the ground floor) each with a double bed or 2 single beds, 3 bathrooms (1 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs), two separate toilets and a terrace.& Nbsp;



Note: All 5-room villas are equipped for people with reduced mobility.

The Villa includes a kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and cooking utensils. The equipment also includes a TV with TNT and Spanish and Basque channels, WiFi access, bed linen and towels, a safe and garden furniture (table for 8 people and chairs + 2 sun loungers).
