Zbyt duża odległość pomędzy miejscem konieczności odebrania kluczy do apartamentu a budynkiem z którym obiekt docelowy znajduje się. Dlatego też nie może być polecany dla osób nie poruszających się własnym środkiem lokomocji, gdyż w przeciwnym razie będą narażone na dodatkowe koszty wynajmu taksówki. Brak możliwości uruchomienia TV a tylko radia. Instrukcja przez właściciela apartamentu wysyłana w kilku sms-ach zamiast w jednym mail'u.
