Sarsaparilla is a charming villa with garden.
Between Montpellier and Béziers, near Pézenas, the cottage is located in the charming medieval village of Caux. 30 minutes from the sea and 10 minutes from the mountains, it is an ideal base for hiking trips or to visit our beautiful wine year (Languedoc is the largest wine producing region in the world). You can also relax sunbathing (300 days of sunshine per year).
Sarsaparilla is a renovated single storey house for your well being. It has a 500m² garden with terraces, garden furniture, barbecue and boules.
The living room, overlooking the terrace is large and has a sofa and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher ... You have three bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. Two have double beds, the third can be equipped with either two single beds or a double bed.
The house is completed by a bathroom with tub, two sinks and washing machine, a shower room and separate toilet.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
