Our room was very cosy ie there was very little room to move. The facilities provided were more 3 Star than 4 Star. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Whilst the old quarter of Beziers is being updated the hotel is in a rather run down area. It would help if the area around the hotel were uplifted.

We unfortunately stayed on the 4th floor of this hotel!! we had two rooms, each with only one person in each room so to start I wanted to watch english TV and on the card of TV Channels there were three, so i due tuned to them all and none were working so call reception and a man came running as they do,, he tested and fiddled to no avail and suggested i changed room which i did and happy washed CNN until it suddenly went off a 21:00. I call reception and was told there was a fault and won't get fix till tomorrow so i amused myself with my iPad as you do. then i got up to use the toilet at about 23:00 and low and behold it didn't flush with was ok overnight but in the morning could be a bit embarrassing so i called reception again and was told nothing could be done now and i have to use the lobby toilet in the morning! So i went next door to my mums room who was suffering a tummy bug and told her about the toilet in my room and she said she had the same problem with the toilet and had already stated to use the lobby loo because she had the same conversation i had with reception and thought like me it was unacceptable and being as we'd paid upfront for the rooms not much we could do at that point. over the next few days I've loved a couple of complaints with Accor Hotel group who own this hotel only to be told repeatedly someone will contact you in 48 hours and that was nearly a week ago so the saga continues but thus far not a happy customer.

We stayed here for 1 night, thank goodness. The rooms are way too small. Breakfast was okay. The hallways and carpet smelt and were not clean. Price did not match quality Front desk staff were helpful and pleasant

Stayed one night. Location is good. Middle of town. Staff is very friendly Rooms are small.. and I mean really small No room for your suitcase, tiny desk. For one night its ok... but no more than one night

I chose the Mercure Béziers Hotel as a convenient overnight stop on the second night of driving from the UK en route to Spain. I booked a parking space in advance and was happy with the good secure underground parking. The hotel room was small, but adequately equipped and fine for one night. The staff were very polite and spoke good English. Breakfast was the only let down. There was just one staff member who didn’t seem to be able to keep up with stocking the breakfast items as well as clearing and cleaning so we had to wait for juice and some other items just never got restocked. The hotel is well placed to walk into Beziers and we enjoyed our visit.

The hotel is clean and the staff are willing help with any problems and information you might need. There English is not good so brush up on your French. The Breakfast is wholesome and the Coffee machine was brilliant. Parking in there under ground is not for the the faint hearted. So take it slowly as you find your spot. Also remember to get your exit card when you check out.

The new bathrooms and foam bed and pillows were good. Wifi was good. The carpets and decor were tired and in need of refurbishment. Breakfast was disappointing, especially the fresh fruit offering. The room was a larger "Privilege", and the size was good. However, it didn't feel particularly special: attention to detail was poor e.g. no milk in our room. The air conditioning was inefficient. As a regular Mercure visitor, this was disappointing.

Stayed for one night, rooms are what you would expect from a Mercure Hotel. Very clean and all staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel is well located near to lots of restaurants etc and within walking distance of the train station.

This hotel is well located for the center of the very charming town and to the railway and is smart, comfortable, quiet and has very courteous and helpful staff. The air conditioning works well and the wifi is fast. Breakfast was good.

Good breakfast, comfortable beds and convenient location; tiny rooms and more basic than the UK equivalent. Rather claustrophobic after a couple of days as no outside space and no views. A business hotel really.
